What is a healthy life style? If your life style is slowly wearing you down, if the way you live is not good for your physical, mental and emotional healthif your daily routine is extremely hard then your life style needs to be redesigned. A healthy life style is a balanced life style so everything should be in good balance. More attention to one area while paying no attention to another area causes stress, poor health and the inability to cope with the demands of daily life.
